Lateeno Mills, 21, also had a preliminary hearing set for Nov. 18. He is charged with two counts of robbery, a Class II felony; use of a weapon to commit a felony, a Class III felony; and burglary, a Class IV felony.

Mills was arrested Oct. 13 at an Omaha bar on a Dodge County warrant and has been held without bond since then. His attorney had argued for a bond of 10 percent of $75,000 that he said Mills could afford to post.

A member of Omaha's Hilltop Street Gang, Mills is accused of robbing a Fremont couple at gunpoint Aug. 2 in their home with two other suspects. Those suspects have yet to be identified.
