- A $10,000 BW was issued for Trevor J. Boeger, alleged felony receiving stolen property, who FTA to enter a plea. His OR was also revoked.

- The matter of Tina M. Clark, alleged DUI with a prior (BAC +.20), was continued to Nov. 7, allowing her attorney to be present.

- Michele A. Czeslaw and Emmy M. Fine were placed on 12-month DA Diversions. They had been charged with alleged battery on a police officer.

- A $10,000 BW was issued for Lauren D. Goodman, alleged DUI and VOP, who FTA for arraignment. Probation was revoked.

- The matters of Robert W. Hendy, alleged felony second-degree burglary and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and petty theft, was continued to Nov. 7 for entry of plea.

- The sentencing for Jennifer L. Hevey, alleged driving on a suspended license, was continued to Nov. 28. She has also been charged with alleged FTC with DEJ and VOP. Judge Petersen presided.

- The matter of Christopher M. Isaacs, alleged third-offense DUI, was continued to Oct. 31 for further arraignment.

- Kei K. Lam was placed on a 24-month probation when he pleaded guilty to having an over the limit of abalone. He was ordered to forfeit his dive gear and fined $484.

- A $5,000 BW was issued for Frank S. Lodarski, alleged FTC with court-ordered anger management, who FTA to provide proof of same. His probation was also revoked.

- All charges pending against Barry L. MacLeod, alleged manufacture and possession of a dangerous weapon, were dismissed in the interest of justice. The subject weapon was ordered destroyed.

- A JT set for Oct. 26 for Naomi E. Mendez was vacated when she FTA for a readiness conference. A BW was issued and ordered held until Oct. 31. A concurrent VOP hearing was also vacated. Mendez is charged with alleged under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- The matters of Donald L. Miller Jr. were transferred to Ukiah for a Nov. 2 hearing.

- James L. Palmer presented a valid license and a suspended license charge was dismissed. He has two VOPs remaining and those matters were continued to Oct. 31. Judge Petersen presided.

- Stevie L. Porter, alleged DUI (BAC .08, .09), pleaded guilty to a wet-reckless and was placed on a 36-month probation. She was assessed fees and fines totaling $1,134, ordered to complete Lucky Deuce, and had her license restricted for 90 days.

- Patrick A. Raymond, alleged driving on an alcohol-related suspended license, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. He was placed on a 12-month probation and assessed fees and fines totaling $466.

- The matter of John D. Roddy, alleged DUI with a prior, was continued to Nov. 7.

- Daniel S. Romero admitted VOP for FTC with Prop 36 probation. He was rereferred.

- Enrique Ruiz pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license and was fined $466.

- Jeremy E. Silva, alleged suspended license because of a child-support issue, was given until Jan. 6 to clear up the matter, thereby reducing the fine considerably.

- Jimmie W. Smith, alleged ROD, was placed on a 12-month DA Diversion.

- An alleged ROD charge was dismissed when Douglas M. Splitt admitted three VOPs. He was sentenced to 30 days in MCJ (five days CTS).

- The matters of Sandra A. Tefertiller, alleged receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, and FTA, were continued to Oct. 31.

- William E. Watson was placed on a 60-month probation and assessed fees and fines totaling $2,302.60 when he pleaded guilty to DUI (BAC .22). He was ordered to complete the six-month course at Lucky Deuce because of the extremely high BAC, had his license restricted for 90 days, and was sentenced to 48 hours in MCJ (SWAP not precluded).

- A JT was confirmed for Nov. 2 for Jack R. Zaccheo, alleged DUI and VOP.

- Judge Lehan recused himself in the matter of Dallas G. Zillich, alleged child endangerment, felony assault with a firearm, felony criminal threats, and misdemeanor brandishing and negligent discharge of a firearm and ROD. A CPO was issued and all matters were transferred to Ukiah for a Nov. 3 hearing.

Note: Many cases continue to be heard to their conclusion in Willits even though Judge Jonathan Lehan is no longer being disqualified by the DA's Office. All cases in which Lehan was disqualified must be heard by another judge at every court appearance until resolution is obtained and sentencing is pronounced.

- John W. Bowman pleaded no contest to battery and admitted two VOPs. He was sentenced to four days in MCJ (four days CTS) for the battery and 90 days in MCJ for the two VOPs. He will be allowed day-for-day CTS in Primary Purpose. He was also fined $120 and banned from owning firearms for 10 years. Restitution was reserved and a JT was vacated.

- Judge Hathaway ruled that Cesar A. Corona was not in compliance with his order to attend three AAs per week. He then ordered Corona to attend three meetings per week until Jan. 24 and to be personally present on that day to provide proof of compliance.

- Angelica M. Garcia was not present to provide proof of restitution but was given until Nov. 8 to do so.

- The matter of Wanda L. Koski, alleged burglary, was continued to Dec. 6 for possible disposition.

- A prelim was set for Dec. 6 for Lloyd J. Middleton, in custody for alleged attempted murder. That date will be confirmed on Nov. 15.

- A pretrial conference was set for Nov. 15 for Lance A. Robles, alleged four counts of criminal threats and VOP. Defendant was ordered to be present on that date.

- Brandi R. Smith allegedly FTC with DA Diversion and Probation recommended that her probation be terminated. The matter was continued to Nov. 8.
