* Grace M. Aguilar, 17, of Fremont pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a Class III misdemeanor. She was fined $300.

* Michael Allen, 18, of Fremont pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer, a Class I misdemeanor; minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor; and open container, an infraction. He was fined $600.

* Christopher Anderson, 30, of Ames pleaded guilty to driving under the influence-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor, in exchange for the charge not being enhanced to a second offense. When he was stopped Sept. 3 by a Dodge County deputy, his blood alcohol content was .131 percent. He was sentenced to two days in jail with 58 days suspended, six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class, and two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days. An ignition interlock device was approved.

* Matt R. Anderson, 27, of Fremont pleaded guilty to driving under the influence-first offense. When he was stopped by Fremont Police he had a blood alcohol content of .1 percent. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class, and five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days.

* John A. Baer, 26, of Fremont was fined $225 for no proof of insurance, a Class II misdemeanor; and the Class III misdemeanors of no valid registration, driving under suspension and fictitious plates.

* Kimberly A. Beecher, 20, of Fremont pleaded no contest to minor in possession and open container. She was fined $300.

* Heidi L. Behrends, 23, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense in exchange for a charge of speeding, an infraction, being dismissed. When she was stopped Sept. 17 by Fremont Police for speeding, she had a blood alcohol content of .114 percent. She was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of her probation, she must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class and five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. She also must perform 60 hours of community service and her driver's license was revoked for 60 days.

* Chad T. Boehmer, 26, of Omaha was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay $2,492 in restitution for violating his probation.

* Tara L. Borisow, 23, of Fremont pleaded guilty to theft by shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor. She was fined $150.

* Donald B. Brown, 27, of Oakland pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance. He was fined $75.

* Lisa Burris, 34, of Arlington pleaded no contest to theft by shoplifting. She was fined $150.

* Annabel Chavez had her sentencing continued until Nov. 15 so she could have her driver's license reinstated. She is charged with no proof of insurance, driving under suspension and the infraction of no headlights.

* Melissa Schutt was appointed to represent Michael Daviu, 25, of Fremont. Daviu is charged with DUI-first offense and driving under suspension.

* James M. Dobbs, 29, of Scribner was sentenced to 21 days in jail and fined $500. He previously was convicted of obstructing a peace officer and disturbing the peace, a Class III misdemeanor.

* Dorian G. Dunham, 19, of Blair pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. When he was stopped Aug. 11 by a Dodge County deputy, his blood alcohol content was .126 percent. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class and five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days. An ignition interlock device was approved.

* Steven Twohig was appointed to represent Jesse Dunn, 42, of Uehling and arraignment was continued until Nov. 15. Dunn is charged with attempted third-degree assault of a peace officer and obstructing a peace officer, both Class I misdemeanors, and impeding traffic with a motorized wheelchair, an infraction.

* Cody Ellis, 27, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no valid registration, driving under suspension and fictitious plates, all Class III misdemeanors. His sentencing was continued until Nov. 8 so he could get his driver's license reinstated.

* Billie Jo Farmer, 26, of Fremont pleaded guilty to two counts of driving under suspension, no valid registration and fictitious plates and one count of no proof of insurance. Her sentencing was continued until Nov. 22 so she could get her driver's license reinstated.

* Michael J. Fees, 23, of Fremont pleaded guilty to procuring alcohol for a minor, a Class I misdemeanor, and open container. He was fined $350.

* Darryn Freser, 36, of Fremont pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. His sentencing was continued until Nov. 22 so he could get his driver's license reinstated.

* Edy Garcia, 30, of Lexington pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and a child restraint violation. He was fined $100.

* Alicia Hernandez, 21, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and no valid registration. She was fined $100.

* Thomas F. Janse Vanvuuren, 18, of Silver Creek pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. When he was stopped Sept. 17 by a Dodge County deputy for swerving, his blood alcohol content was .113 percent. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class and five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days.

* Kristie L. Junker, 35, of Gibbon had her sentencing for DUI-third offense continued until Dec. 6 so a pre-sentence investigation could be prepared.

* Nicholas A. Kluthe, 22, of Fremont pleaded guilty to driving during revocation, a Class II misdemeanor. In exchange for his plea, the charge was not enhanced to a second offense and a charge of failure to dim headlights, an infraction, was dismissed. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was set for Nov. 15.

* Troy W. Kingston, 32, of Fremont pleaded guilty to writing checks on a closed accounts, a Class II misdemeanor. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $463.37 in restitution.

* Clayton T. Kremlacek, 19, of Fremont pleaded guilty to minor in possession. He was fined $250.

* Larry Larsen, 51, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and speeding. He was fined $100.

* Larry Leeper, 50, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense in exchange for a charge of driving left of center, an infraction, being dismissed. When he was stopped by a Dodge County deputy July 30 for swerving, his blood alcohol content was .114 percent. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class and five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days. An ignition interlock device was approved.

* Jon D. Liebert, 22, of Fremont pleaded no contest to no valid registration, fictitious plates and driving under suspension. He was fined $150 because his driver's license had been reinstated.

* Derek McKenie, 57, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. When he was stopped July 28 by a Dodge County deputy for speeding, his blood alcohol content was .125 percent. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class and five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 60 days.

* Jamie L. Monson, 20, of Fremont pleaded no contest to attempted third-degree assault of a peace officer and resisting arrest, both Class I misdemeanors. In exchange for his pleas, charges of carrying a concealed weapon and obstructing a peace officer, both Class I misdemeanors, were dismissed. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was set for Dec. 6.

* Michael S. Nielsen, 39, of Fremont was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $600. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class and three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week. He also must perform 60 hours of community service and his driver's license was revoked for 14 months. He was previously convicted of DUI-first offense, driving under suspension and open container.

* Titus Ngebeh, 20, of Fremont pleaded no contest to minor in possession and open container. He was fined $300.

* Emily C. Poole, 22, of Fremont pleaded no contest to third-degree assault, a Class I misdemeanor, in exchange for a charge of disturbing the peace being dismissed. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was set for Dec. 12.

* Brett N. Price, 20, of Omaha had his arraignment continued until Nov. 22 so he could consult an attorney. He is charged with minor in possession and possession of illegal fireworks, both Class III misdemeanors, and possession of marijuana-less than an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia, both infractions.

* Alicia M. Push, 20, of Mead pleaded guilty to theft by shoplifting, a Class II misdemeanor. She was fined $150.

* William H. Rahlfs, 25, of Fremont was sentenced to 48 hours in jail with 43 days suspended, one year of probation and fined $350. He previously was convicted of theft, a Class II misdemeanor, and disturbing the peace.

* Jody L. Reuss, 41, of Fremont pleaded innocent to DUI-first offense, reckless driving, a Class III misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana-less than an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. A jury trial was requested and a pretrial conference was set for Nov. 22.

* Loren B. Rolf, 44, of West Point pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense in exchange for a charge of failure to signal, an infraction, being dismissed. When she was stopped Aug. 6 by a Dodge County deputy for failure to signal, her blood alcohol content was .119 percent. She was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of her probation, she must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class and five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. * Nathan Sandness, 23, of Lincoln had his arraignment continued until Nov. 15 so he could consult an attorney. He is charged with first-degree criminal trespass, a Class I misdemeanor; violation of a protection order, a Class II misdemeanor and disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

* Quincy Sherman, 27, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance driving under suspension, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $325.

* Jack Sherwood, 22, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense. In exchange for his plea, the charge was not enhanced to a second offense and a charge of failure signal was dismissed. When he was stopped by Fremont Police Sept. 24 for failure to signal, his blood alcohol content was .115 percent. He was sentenced to two days in jail with 58 days suspended, six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must attend a defensive driving class, a victim's impact panel, a chemical education class and five Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. * Jared L. Siebler, 30, of Omaha admitted to violating his probation by being arrested for possession of marijuana-less than an ounce. An updated pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing was set for Dec. 6.

* Jesse K. Stewart, 45, of Fremont was bound over to Dodge County District Court for an Oct. 31 arraignment. He is charged with sexual assault of a child, a Class IIIA misdemeanor. His request for bond reduction was denied. It will remain at 10 percent of $50,000.

* Erin L. Stuchlik, 18, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance. He was fined $75.

* Catina Sullivan, 33, of Fremont was fined $150 and her driver's license was suspended for one year. She previously was convicted of driving under suspension.

* Adam Tharp, 21, of Fremont pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and no valid registration. He was fined $100.

* Paul J. Tomasek, 26, of Omaha pleaded no contest to driving under suspension and guilty to speeding. He was fined $150 because his driver's license had been reinstated.

* Lilia Valdivia, 32, of Fremont pleaded no contest to DUI-first offense and no operator's license, a Class III misdemeanor. When she was stopped Sept. 19 by a Dodge County deputy, her blood alcohol content was .206 percent. A chemical evaluation was ordered and sentencing was set for Nov. 22.

* A Nov. 8 preliminary hearing was set for Tricia J. Vanderpol, 31, of Fremont. She is charged with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, a Class IV felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Michael K. Williams, 58, of North Bend pleaded innocent to failure to stop following a property damage accident, a Class III misdemeanor, and careless driving, an infraction. A bench trial was set for Nov. 18.
