Attorney General Henry McMaster says 35-year-old Franklin Suggs pleaded guilty Tuesday to felony DUI resulting in death. McMaster says Suggs was traveling more than 100 miles an hour when he wrecked his car, which ended upside down in a Florence County ditch full of water. Suggs walked to a pay phone, where he called his wife to pick him up. Prosecutors say Suggs called to report the incident more than three hours later. 26-year-old Robbie Mooring was found dead in the vehicle. This is cache, read story here login to post comments |
