A local police chief is finding himself on the other side of the law.

Maineville Police Chief Andy Roosa is accused of drinking and driving, but he was not actually driving.

Lebanon Police say he was sitting behind the wheel with the engine running, which was enough to file charges.

Roosa's attorney has entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
