He is accused of being intoxicated and causing a wreck that killed Randall Guy Barksdale, 49, of 20991 Edgewood Road on Aug. 2, 2006. Joines' Dodge Ram pickup collided with Barksdale's Harley-Davidson motorcycle about 5:50 p.m. on Easter Ferry Road.
